Pat is a 35+ year veteran of the electric power industry specializing in electrical infrastructure testing, commissioning, project management and disaster recovery. 

Pat brings a wealth of experience and relationships to his leadership and guidance at Vector Power.  Pat is a published technical author and is referenced in the NFPA® 70B standards for electrical equipment maintenance.  As the founder of Vector Power, Pat created a culture of honesty, respect, quality, excellence, and safety.

Chris is a seasoned executive with over two decades of comprehensive electric utility experience in both field operations and strategic management. 

Throughout his career, Chris has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to safety excellence and the cultivation of strong client relationships.  His leadership is characterized by a deep understanding of utility infrastructure and a dedication to delivering reliable, high-quality service.  As Executive Vice President, Chris continues to drive operational efficiency and foster a culture that prioritizes safety and customer satisfaction.

Jesse is a seasoned finance executive with over 14 years of progressive experience across roles ranging from Financial Analyst to Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Vector Power. 

Known for his strategic mindset, Jesse has helped organizations lay the groundwork for scalable growth and implement sustainable financial practices for long-term success.  His ability to align financial strategy with business objectives continues to drive measurable impact and fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Jacqueline oversees the company’s accounting functions, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. 

With 25+ years of experience in corporate finance and accounting, Jacqueline brings strategic insight and a proven track record of building a scalable financial structure.  She thrives when enhancing operational efficiency and delivering results in rapidly growing environments.  As CAO, Jacqueline built and leads a high-performing team that not only produces results of the highest accuracy and quality, but also drive clarity, trust, and accountability across the organization.

With 13 years of experience in the electrical industry and HR leadership, Jenn brings a practical, people-first approach to supporting the company’s growth. 

As CHRO of Vector Power, she focuses on hiring and retaining top talent, shaping a strong company culture, and leading change that helps the organization evolve while staying true to its values.  Known for being solutions-oriented, Jenn is passionate about helping both people and the business grow together.

Ron Widup has worked in the electrical power testing and maintenance industry for more than 45 years. He serves as Chief Technical Marketing Officer for Vector Power.

Ron has been an active member of several NFPA technical committees, including NPFA 70E, NPFA 70B, NPFA 790/791, and NEC CMP-11. He serves on the InterNational Electrical Testing Association (NETA) Board of Directors and the NETA Standards Review Council. He is also Chairman of IEEE P902, IEEE Recommended Practice for Maintenance and Operational Safety of Electrical Power Distribution Systems in Industrial and Commercial Facilities.

Ron currently serves as Chairman of the Texas State Technical College (TSTC) System Board of Regents. His credentials include NETA Certified Level 4 Senior Test Technician, State of Texas Journeyman Electrician, NPFA Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional (CESCP), and Senior Member of IEEE.

Tom has responsibilities, including designing and developing learning and technical skills courses, operating procedures, and safety-related work practices.  He has been active in the field of electrical power and telecommunications for 38+ years. 

Tom has developed numerous training programs and workforce development platforms during his career, which have been published in various industry guides.  An influencer to the industry, Tom is a published technical author, serves on several NETA committees, and is an industry speaker and teacher.  He is considered an authority in application disciplines, including insulation system analysis, medium and high voltage cable, partial discharge analysis, and battery and DC system testing and maintenance.  Sandri received NETA’s Alliance Recognition Award in 2024.
